Job summary

The Portland District is seeking a Document Controller for Engineering Drawings on-site in Portland, OR. This 6‑month contract role requires hands-on management of engineering drawings, revision control, and EDMS usage.

You will handle package preparation and distribution for construction projects, ensuring accurate versioning and as-built updates. Work hours are standard, with on-site duties at the Portland location.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control and revision management.
• Experience with EDMS and construction drawing packages.
• Familiar with Autodesk Vault, QuickBase, eRecords and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, issue and distribute construction drawing packages.
• Maintain and update document control records and as‑built updates.
• Manage electronic document management systems and related tooling.
