Just Evotec Biologics is seeking a meticulous Document Control Technician to join our QA team in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on formatting and updating controlled documents, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining accurate master records using Word templates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Word Expert or equivalent skills and ability to demonstrate them.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Format GMP documents.
• Assist with the management of document control room on site and archival of documentation.
• Execute the scanning process for GMP records.
• Support document/record migration activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of document updates.
