In addition, VEI staffs a full product development lab that excels in flavor profiles and custom formulation, making each product precise and unique.

Job Description
We're Hiring: Quality Control Document Control Specialist I
Are you detail-driven, quality-focused, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Valentine Enterprises, Inc. (VEI) is looking for a Quality Control Document Control Specialist I to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest standards by managing critical documentation, supporting quality systems, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify internal and third-party test results
- Compile data and create Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Approve finished goods for release based on lot criteria
- Liazon to communicate with customers regarding documentation
- Assemble and maintain complete Lot Folders
- Support ERP workflows

Qualifications
What You Bring To The Table
Minimum Requirements (We’ll Help You Grow)
- A high school diploma or GED—your foundation for success
- Basic computer skills—you’re comfortable navigating digital tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word—you know your way around a spreadsheet or document
- A willingness to learn—we love curious minds!
- Strong attention to detail—you catch the small stuff that makes a big difference
- You’re a team player who communicates clearly
- Time management skills—you know how to prioritize and stay on track
- Self-motivated—you can stay focused and productive with minimal supervision
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word—you can do more than just the basics
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment
- Experience in quality systems or testing
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Interest in continuous learning and process improvement
