Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to maintain and organize engineering drawings, manuals, and reports. The role focuses on extracting metadata and updating enterprise document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

You will coordinate reviews with engineering and asset teams, handling metadata, classifications, and documentation workflows to support ongoing maintenance and asset lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering documentation and records management.
  • Proficiency with document management systems such as CastPro or Maximo.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING


  • Join a technical operations team responsible for maintaining engineering documentation supporting critical transmission infrastructure.

  • Partner with engineering, asset management, manufacturers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure equipment documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

  • Support the lifecycle of major transmission assets by managing technical records that are essential for maintenance, troubleshooting, and future equipment replacements.

  • Become part of a collaborative environment where attention to detail and data accuracy directly support engineering and operational success.

LOCATION


  • Hybrid work schedule based in Lake Mary, Florida, Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS


  • Experience supporting engineering documentation, document control, records management, technical administration, or similar functions.

  • Strong attention to detail with experience organizing technical drawings, manuals, test reports, or engineering documentation.

  • Experience working with document management systems, engineering databases, or asset management platforms such as CastPro, Maximo, or similar tools.

  • Ability to extract, organize, and validate technical metadata with a high level of accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical reports, instruction manuals, and related documentation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Outlook, and general file management.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Experience supporting engineering, utilities, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or other technical environments is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with transmission or electrical equipment is a plus but not required.
