Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking an EPC Document Control Coordinator to manage technical documentation across Engineering, GC, and Sub-contractors. The role focuses on version control, coordinated distribution, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

You will onboard users to document control platforms, train teams, and maintain revision histories to prevent field errors. Experience with infrastructure/EPC documentation and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years document control experience within infrastructure, heavy industrial or EPC projects
• Proficiency in document management software (SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, ACC) Bluebeam, GC Pay and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• General understanding of EPC industry standards such as Workflows, RFIs, Submittals, Engineered Drawings, Revision Tracking, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Payment Applications and Lien Waivers

• Receive vendor documentation deliverables to ensure compliance with company and project standards while managing the distribution within the proprietary terms of the individual contracts
• Onboard all users to document control and construction management platforms while providing user training and continuous support throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Maintain version control of all project documentation within the management system to include document numbering and revision history ensuring all teams are working from the latest approved revision to mitigate costly errors in field execution
• Receive and distribute all sub-contractor payment applications for approval, purchase order validation and payment execution
• Provide weekly documentation reports to capture deliverable status and enforce deadlines in alignment with the project schedule
