Job summary

Brooks Automation US LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a Contract Document Control Analyst to support engineering and manufacturing workflows.

You will coordinate ECOs, ensure ISO compliance, manage EDMS and maintain document repositories, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of document control experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or medical industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with EDMS.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows.
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assign required signatures during review and verification phases.
  • Ensure document retention aligns with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a proper document repository.
  • Perform document control administrative tasks such as publishing metrics, maintaining Agile user accounts, and managing approval matrices.
  • Complete assigned tasks to maintain data integrity.
  • Monitor controlled documents.
  • Manage restricted / confidential documents related to processes and customers.
  • Attend global meetings/calls as required.

Document Control Analyst (Contract Role) Job Description

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONSITE CONTRACT ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR FREMONT, CA LOCATION

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Coordinate ECO process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated workflow management.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure the documents follow ISO Standards.
  • Assign required signatures during review and verification phases.
  • Ensure document retention aligns with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a proper document repository.
  • Perform document control administrative tasks such as publishing metrics, maintaining Agile user accounts, and managing approval matrices.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Diploma or Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Documentation Control in either Semiconductor, Manufacturing or Medical industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows.
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a customer-service environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
