Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy for our Metter, GA clinic. New graduates are welcome to apply and will join a supportive team of physical therapists dedicated to improving mobility and patient outcomes.

You will assess patients, design and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with licensed therapists to achieve goals in a growth‑oriented, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome).
• Strong knowledge of physiology, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Proficiency with physical modalities and treatment techniques.
• Effective communication and patient-instruction skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• CPR Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care based on evaluations.
• Supervise plan implementation and coordinate treatment with support staff.
• Track established clinic performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and propose solutions.
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic culture.
• Go above and beyond to ensure outstanding patient care and satisfaction.
