Job summary

TForce Freight is seeking a Dockworker in North Reading, MA, on a Part-Time basis with no CDL required. Starting rate is $23.00 per hour. The role focuses on safe, efficient loading and handling of freight to ensure on-time delivery for customers.

You will operate yard trucks and forklifts, print BOLs, and secure shipments, while following all safety protocols. Must have forklift certification, be 18+, and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival.
