DHL is hiring a Dockworker to support efficient handling of shipments at our facility. The role focuses on sorting, packing, loading, unloading, and forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a suitable driving record, and be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Driving Privileges standards.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Under tight deadlines, sorts, packs, loads, and unloads containers.
• Palletizes and separates freight/documents.
• Ensures all delivery material is prepared for shipment.
• Operates a scanner to record shipping and package information.
• Drive forklift.
• Reports any suspected breach of security or unusual happenings to supervisor.
• Maintains good work habits and safety procedures.
• May assist supervisor in orienting, training, and checking work of others.
