Job summary

Team Services, LLC is seeking a Shore Tankerman to safely load and unload tank barges along the Gulf Coast, including connecting hoses and dock arms, monitoring levels, and ensuring safe transfer operations. This is a shore-based role working at dock or refinery sites with emphasis on safety, compliance with USCG procedures, and documentation.

The candidate must hold MMC, Medical Certificate, TWIC, a valid driver's license with insurance, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• MMC & Medical Certificate required.
• TWIC required.
• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely loads and unloads tank barges and connects hoses and dock arms.
• Monitors transfer system and cargo levels during operations.
• Maintains PPE and safety procedures for all tasks.
• Documents times and job details in the log book.
• Co-ordinates with vessel crew, facility PIC, and customer to match orders.
• Ensures barge is ready for sailing after transfer.
