XPO Logistics Freight Inc. is seeking a Greeter at our Shreveport, LA facility. You will welcome visitors, assist with documentation, and support service center communications on a loading dock environment.

Day-one health coverage is provided along with life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match and education assistance. The role requires standing on the dock and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with service center personnel.
• Collect, process and transport paperwork to and from various locations.
• Perform various administrative functions, including creating and transmitting reports.
