Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Dock Worker to support our loading dock operations at Downtown Dallas. This full-time role requires safety-minded teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive, unload, and load shipments, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, keep the dock organized, and assist with inventory and safety checks daily. The position offers a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $18 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading dock, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and load shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Organize and maintain the loading dock to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and identifying shipment discrepancies.
• Perform basic equipment and safety checks and promptly report issues or hazards.
• Work closely with the Dock Supervisor and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Participate in training and other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE ROLE
