Saltbox is seeking a Dock Sortation Specialist for Duarte, CA. You will scan, sort, and stage hundreds of packages per shift using handheld devices, working with a small team to meet strict SLAs and on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. This full-time on-site position starts with a base pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within Saltbox’s Elastic Workforce.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Shift availability: early mornings, rotating 7-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Scan inbound packages with the Sort App; two scans per package.
• Maintain target of 225 scans per hour (approx. 112 per hour).
• Sort into correct bin with high accuracy to avoid delays.
• Move batches to driver handoff zone before dispatch window.
• Assist with dispatch scans and ensure 11:00am dispatch goal (99.5%).
• Support Lead with driver coordination and end-of-shift counts.
• Keep sortation area clean, organized and safe.
