McLane Company, Inc. in Fort Worth is seeking a Dock Setter to coordinate product placement on grocery docks for loading and to ensure safe, accurate handling. You’ll work with Supervisors to adjust loads and communicate changes to keep operations running smoothly.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, an hourly pay of $20.25, and benefits starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus vacation and holidays after 90 days and tuition reimbursement.

• Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour.
• Shift information: Monday through Friday 10:00AM till complete.

What you’ll do as a Dock Setter:

The Dock Setter coordinates and ensures proper placement of product on grocery docks for loading. They maintain communication with Supervisors to manage load changes.

• Obtain door numbers of outgoing loads from designated work area.
• Ensure product from outlying areas is properly placed at dock doors using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
