Job summary

aa224 is seeking a Dock Setter to coordinate the placement of products on grocery docks for loading at our Fort Worth warehouse. You will work with Supervisors to manage load changes and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance, plus vacation and holidays. Applicants may undergo background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a job-related level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure proper placement of product on grocery docks for loading.
• Maintain communication with Supervisors to manage load changes.
• Obtain door numbers of outgoing loads from designated work area.
• Ensure product from outlying areas is properly placed at dock doors using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

What you’ll do as a Dock Setter:
