Job summary

Bassham Foods Inc. is seeking a Dock Quality Control Associate to ensure every order leaving the dock is accurate and ready for delivery. You will verify product quantities, check labels, and spot damaged items.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a cold/freezer environment. This full-time position includes benefits and a Sunday-Thursday 8am start.

Qualifications

• Ability to take ownership of the quality of orders leaving the dock.

Responsibilities

• Verify that the correct products and quantities have been pulled by order selectors.
• Ensure labels are properly placed on packaging and are forward-facing.
• Identify damaged product and replace before loading for delivery.
• Assist with flow of product from selectors to loading dock and onto delivery trucks.
• Assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Train as a back-up for dock office duties.
• Select small wares using a manual jack.
