Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform job tasks and communicate with management and the public; accurately complete shipping documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safe and efficient dock operations for all terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers to ensure proper use of equipment and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with DOT standards and company policies.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, operational performance, and customer service.
• Reviews operational reports and provides recommendations to improve terminal efficiency and service.
• Promotes and enforces a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
