Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; English literacy essential for communications and documents.
• 5+ years of warehouse, freight, dock, forklift, or pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dock operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Direct and evaluate dockworkers to ensure proper equipment use.
• Conduct daily inspections to comply with DOT standards and company policies.
• Train and coach workers on safety, performance, and equipment usage.
• Review reports and recommend improvements for terminal efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, organized dock environment.
