Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, freight, dock, forklift, or pallet jack experience.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dock operations for terminal staff and ensures safety.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers for proper equipment use and procedures.
• Performs daily inspections to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, performance, and customer service.
• Reviews reports and suggests improvements for terminal efficiency.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
