Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Bridgeport, USA, is seeking a Sprout Dock Supervisor to oversee production associates engaged in loading/unloading freight and assembling server racks. You will ensure accurate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and proper use of multiple systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, solid interpersonal and analytical skills, and 3–6 years in material handling.

Qualifications

• This is an entry level leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests as required by federal/state/local government or company.
• Lead and supervise production associates in loading/unloading and assembly of server racks and components.
• Maintain cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Monitor work areas for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies.
• Propose and implement changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
