Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics provider, seeks a Sprout Dock Team Lead to oversee inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, and server rack installation at the Bridgeport datacenter. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and safety.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of related experience, strong customer service and analytical skills, and the ability to work with live electrical components. The role is full-time, on-site with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience is required.
• Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components.
• Must pass background checks and/or drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Process return shipments and manage WMS.
• Install server racks and cabling per diagrams.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability.
