Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; some college preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience, preferably in a related field.
• Forklift certification required; will be trained by Goodwill.
• Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance, and DMV record acceptable to Goodwill’s Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily schedule of trucks and trailers to be loaded and unloaded.
• Direct personnel to equipment and assign tasks; monitor productivity.
• Perform daily inventory of supplies, products, and trailers; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate forklift as required and supervise yard activities; maintain orderly yard areas.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff; enforce safety policies.
