Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Loader and Unloader to manually move materials, supplies, and finished goods within the facility. The role involves preparing dock doors, loading patterns, securing trailers, and handling bulkheads while maintaining safety and organization.

The position requires physical ability, comfortable operation of a golf cart, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to reach, push, pull, bend, walk and stand.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart to transport materials and travel through facility.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up dock door for spotter to bring trailer in.
• Pattern load in system.
• Secure trailer once in dock door (stand, dock plate, dock lock, etc.).
• Unhook trailer once loading is complete.
• Inflate air bags as needed.
• Locate and install bulkheads for loads as needed.
• Perform other related tasks to keep work area safe, clean and organized.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
