Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Read, write, and comprehend English to perform shipping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Operate dock tools and maintain straps, bars, air bags, cardboard, and dunnage.
• Load, recouple, rewrap, and stack freight as needed.
• Verify shipments by reading labels and securing freight for loading/unloading.
• Follow bill and quality control procedures for timely, cost-effective shipments.
• Log, report, and process shortages and damages to freight.
• Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
