Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Warehouse Dock Worker with forklift certification to support logistics operations at the Fort Worth facility.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) has variable days and hours, two days off weekly, and requires documentation, safety compliance, and ability to guide dock staff. Equal opportunity employer; background checks and pre-employment screenings will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in related field.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must have proven computer and math skills.
• Ability to work with and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged.
• Planning and organizing skills required.
• Must possess and maintain Forklift certification at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and company vehicle as needed, meeting certification requirements.
• Document and place incoming goods; ensure proper loading of outgoing product.
• Guide dock personnel in performing duties with accountability and safety.
• Maintain clean and safe dock and yard areas at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
