Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, invites applications for a Dock Experience Manager with Freedom Boat Club. You will lead dock staff, ensure safety, manage fleet readiness, and drive member satisfaction across locations.

The role is full-time in Florida and requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, with a competitive pay range and annual bonus eligibility. Training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Vocational degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during high activity.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
• Self-starter and able to work unsupervised.
• Managerial and diplomacy skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise all dock level personnel to ensure our members receive the highest level of service at all locations.
• Ensure all dock staff have proper certifications and up-to-date training.
• Ensure SOPs are communicated and followed per dock staff manual.
• Develop monthly dock staff schedule and review payroll.
• Travel to locations within the district to support employees and fleet maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels at each location.
• Correspond with members on location issues and resolve complaints.
• Investigate member misconduct and complete reports.
• Maintain fleet condition and readiness using Fleetio.
• Create and execute a weekly vessel maintenance schedule.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance Operations Center.
• Maintain KPIs and operating budgets for locations.
• Promote positive relationships with marina managers.
