Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in North Carolina is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment. You will perform maintenance on customer equipment and maintain your service van.

Ideal candidates have less than 2 years related experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate lift trucks. Welding experience and familiarity with hydraulic and electrical schematics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
• Welding.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
