Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable customer-focused field service technicians to join our team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment, perform planned maintenance, and maintain a service van with its inventory.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate lift trucks. Welding experience and technical training are preferred as you contribute to reliable service in our

• Minimum 2 years related experience or less
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to operate lift trucks

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment
• Perform planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment

• Maintain a service van and its inventory
• Process paperwork after completion of each job
