Job summary

North Pacific Seafoods, Inc. in Alaska seeks dock crew to unload seafood from fishing vessels, sort products on conveyors, and operate cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks. You will assist production teams and handle loading/offloading in a demanding, cold environment.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors year-round on 12-hour shifts, and compliance with safety and company policies. Prior dock operations experience is preferred and full-time, on-site employment is offered.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing and able to perform demanding physical work daily
• Previous experience handling multiple species of fish

Responsibilities

• Unloading seafood from fishing vessels.
• Sorting seafood on conveyor belt.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other machinery as needed.
• Loading, unloading and storing fishing equipment for the fishing vessels
• Assist production and case-up crew as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
