Job summary

Primo Brands in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to ensure compliance with SOPs and SAP processes while supporting daily warehouse operations. You will analyze KPI reports, run bin and capacity reports, and manage order reconciliation tasks to maintain accuracy across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in key Supply Chain functions (Warehousing, Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Customer Service) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on inventory warehouse compliance SOPs and SAP processes.
• Complete required Safety Walk through warehouse.
• Understand daily Warehouse KPI reports.
• Run Bin Report/WH Capacity daily.
• Open Orders including STOs-Daily research/close out/post.
• No Data-Research and submit reconciliation.
• Manuals – Investigate/post.
• Reconcile Water Giveaway bin.
• Destruction- execute loads and compliance files
• Returns- request/release and reconcile return process
• Holds-main POC for hold product execution in warehouse
• SLOB report-knowledge and execution of SLOB report for weekly quality meetings
• Donation/Sample Orders-POC for execution and posting of special orders
• Assist with the loading of trucks as needed to support customer demand
• Support shop housekeeping standards
• Understand and support RM inbound process

Factory Location: Hot Springs, AR

Compensation: $24.02 - $25.00/hour

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Background and experience in key functions of Supply Chain including but not limited to: Warehousing, Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, and Customer Service required
• SAP experience required
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented: Work on more than one assignment at a time remaining focused with frequent interruptions, changes, and/or delays
• Maintain a great attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills a plus
