Encore is seeking a Dock Associate I to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure quality control, label shipments, and assist with inbound/outbound tasks. You will work under the Dock Operations Manager and support loading/unloading activities with proper safety and procedural adherence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in warehousing, and strong communication. Expect irregular hours, potential weekends, and a focus on timely, accurate order completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager with inbound/outbound activity.
• Work with dock Associate II to deliver and receive client owned property.
• Maintain department and company quality control.
• Label all shipments with appropriate information.
• Assist with assembly and disassembly of client and company owned assets.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and use equipment properly.
• Provide feedback on incoming/outgoing freight to the manager and team.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
