Job summary

Accupac in Souderton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Dispatcher/Coordinator to collaborate with procurement, schedule deliveries, and expedite receipts. The role requires coordinating with carriers and ensuring orders arrive on the due date while maintaining clear communication.

You will perform basic data entry, maintain pallets, and assist with receiving procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required; previous warehouse or purchasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries with carriers.
• Attend morning schedule meetings to understand shortages.

• Communicate clearly on the phone, through emails and in person.
• Understand and follow Accupac’s receiving procedures.
• Manage pallets.
• Track and advise missed deliveries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay: $22/hr

Basic Job Functions:

Responsible to work with our procurement department to expedite receipts, assist with shipper and other reports as needed and schedule dock appointments as needed.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Collaborate with procurement staff and scheduling to schedule expected deliveries.
• Attend morning schedule meetings to understand any shortages.
• Contact carriers to schedule deliveries to correct facility on the order’s due date.
• Communicate clearly on the phone, through emails and in person.
• Ability to understand and follow Accupac’s receiving procedures.
• Manage pallets.
• Track and advise missed deliveries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements of the Job:

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organization skills
• Detail orientated

Physical Requirements:

• Walking/Standing on concrete floors for up to one (1) hour per day and walking long distances.
• Sitting for 80-90% of the work day.
• Climbing step stools and maintaining balance.
• Lift/Carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Pushing/Pulling items up to 50 pounds.
• Hear/Execute clear speech, in person and over the telephone.
