Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking an experienced Dock and Door Technician to support our York, PA location and surrounding areas. You will repair overhead doors and dock leveling systems, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, can lift up to 75 pounds, and owns their own tools. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining commercial overhead steel doors.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Welding / fabricating experience a plus
• Individual must have their own tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good driving record and active license

Responsibilities

• Works from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. Wears PPE and fall protection
