Qualifications

• Requires Florida ESE certification and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience with students with diverse exceptionalities and learning disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs and goals.
• Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies for students with exceptional needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and academics regularly.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and staff to ensure inclusive learning environments.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and IEP team members regarding progress.
• Maintain compliance with ESE regulations, state standards, and district policies.
• Create a safe, structured classroom promoting student growth and independence.
