Responsibilities

  • Files all documents in Masterfile that are sent to the Record Office.

  • Keyboards a variety of difficult materials.
  • Assists in the processing of Records Retention at the facility obtaining information.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of those duties enumerated above.

Position Overview

IDOC is looking to hire an Office Assistant to file all documents in Masterfile that are sent to the Record Office and assist with input duties in Offender 360 (O360) for the Record Office. In addition, this position will perform various clerical related duties, keyboard a variety of difficult materials, and assist in the processing of Records Retention.
