The Illinois Department of Corrections is hiring an Office Associate at Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton. The role involves keyboarding a variety of reports, forms, and other documents, while also serving as receptionist and monthly report coordinator.
The position requires a high school diploma and two years of office experience, the ability to keyboard 45 words per minute, and willingness to pass a background check and drug screen during employment.
IDOC is looking to hire an Office Associate to keyboard a variety of reports, forms, correspondence, and other documents. In addition, this position will also serve as a receptionist, a monthly report coordinator, clerical support and maintain hostage photographs and fingerprint cards for all employees.
