Martin Marietta is seeking a Detail-oriented Document Administrative Associate to maintain organized documents using document management software, upload and retrieve documents, and ensure secure storage. The role requires accuracy and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities include processing documents to standards, archiving, data entry, and supporting audits while improving workflows and filing systems in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional document management certifications are a plus.
  • At least three years of proven experience in document management or records management.
  • Experience with MasterControl software or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with document processing software and office tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; typing and reporting skills.

  • Review and process a variety of documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure that all documents adhere to established standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in the documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and ensure completeness of documents.
  • Ensuring seamless document access across departments and compliance with company policies.
  • Undertake various administrative projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Enter data from source documents into appropriate systems or databases.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of document processing workflows.
  • Organizing an archiving system, retrieving documents upon request, and outlining a long-term storage strategy.
  • Assist with records retrieval during 3rd Party and Regulatory Audits

Qualifications

  • At least three solid years of proven experience in document management, archive management, or records management.
  • Experience with MasterControl software or similar software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with document processing software and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.Top-class typing, writing and report writing skills.
Work Environment / Conditions / Physical Demands
