Job summary

Donuts Inc. is looking for a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical bridge between the engineering team and partners adopting DNSid. This role involves hands-on integration, partnering with engineering teams, and developing technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, familiarity with cloud platforms, and excellent communication skills to engage with varied stakeholders effectively. You will play a crucial role as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or hands-on technical partner engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating with identity and developer platforms like AWS and Okta.
• Strong understanding of identity and auth concepts: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT/JWKS, PKI, TLS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact in partner and enterprise conversations.
• Own integrations end-to-end: write production-grade integration code.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement materials.
