Your responsibilities:

• Independent handling of domain transfers, contract changes, and cancellations
• Management and processing of SSL certificates
• Analysis and resolution of more complex customer inquiries in the hosting environment
• Ensuring accurate and traceable processing of workflows
• Communication with international customers in both German and English
