Responsibilities include coordinating across sections and faculty, mentoring instructors, and supporting curriculum evaluation, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in nursing or terminal degree required.
• Eligibility for graduate faculty status in nursing.
• Active Florida RN or APRN license; or eligibility within 30 days of hire.

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned DNP core course(s).
• Maintain master syllabi and course structure for consistency.
• Align course objectives, assignments, and evaluations with outcomes.
• Coordinate implementation across multiple sections and instructors.
• Support sequencing and scaffolding of scholarly deliverables.
• Guide faculty of record and adjunct instructors teaching the course.
• Monitor outcomes, performance trends, and evaluation data.
• Contribute to program evaluation, accreditation docs, and planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
