Job summary

AttainX Inc. in Richland, WA is seeking a professional to support the DNFSB and Nuclear Safety Division (NSD). You will facilitate interactions with DNFSB, DOE HQ and other stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented deliverables.

Requires 9 years of directly applicable experience, excellent written and oral communications, and knowledge of Hanford processes. Telework and remote eligibility may apply at the discretion of the Technical Monitor; some on-site duty may be required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of directly applicable experience applying theories, principles and practices to tasks and problems.
• Experience interfacing with Hanford stakeholders, coordinating site visits and tracking interactions.
• Knowledge of HFO mission, activities and priorities.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Familiarity with Hanford or government agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactions among HFO, DNFSB, DOE HQ and other DOE elements, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented deliverables.
• Monitor oversight activities and flag significant issues or risks affecting HFO programs.
• Support NSD as the point of contact with DNFSB, DOE HQ and other DOE oversight stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain plans, processes, and tools to manage DNFSB/DOE interfaces.
• Coordinate responses to recommendations, commitments and actions from oversight activities.
• Prepare timely responses to inquiries and document requests from oversight stakeholders.
• Review submittals, briefing materials, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
