Job summary

Versiti is seeking a dedicated laboratory technician to perform CLIA regulated testing under supervision. You will support sample evaluation, reagent preparation, and routine maintenance of equipment while ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in lab sciences, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.]

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant science field.
• Associate degree in lab science required.
• Knowledge of SOPs, safety rules, and lab procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Perform testing, as scheduled.
• Support sample evaluation and processing, as needed.
• Perform on-call, weekend, and holiday work, as scheduled.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Support customer inquiries via LIS and lab information systems.
• Maintain documentation and records per SOPs.
