Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant lab science field required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical aptitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA regulated testing and routine maintenance.
• Handle sample evaluation and processing as needed.
• Support customer inquiries via LIS and other systems.
• Work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Maintain reagent preparation and equipment calibration.
