Fox in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a DMV Titles Coordinator to own vehicle registration and titling decisions across multiple states. You will resolve discrepancies, serve as the internal decision point for non-standard transactions, and coordinate with corporate DMV contacts in California and Florida.

You will maintain knowledge of state titling laws, assess risk, and support nationwide processing for both new and used vehicles, with potential growth into leadership roles within DMV titles.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

***Own the Title Process. Own What Comes Next.***Every new vehicle that joins the Fox fleet and every used vehicle that leaves it depends on someone making the right call on title and registration, and that someone is the DMV Titles Coordinator.This role owns vehicle registration, renewal, and titling decisions across multiple states, working directly with corporate DMV contacts in California and Florida and exercising real judgment on how non-standard titling matters get resolved. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this role is being built with the next few years in mind, with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership in DMV titles.**Your Primary Focus Is To:*** Exercise independent judgment to resolve title and registration discrepancies across multiple states, determining the appropriate corrective path without requiring case-by-case approval.* Serve as the internal decision point on non-standard or contested titling transactions, evaluating the facts of each situation and determining how it should be handled before escalating only true exceptions to Fleet leadership.* Facilitate the processing of vehicle registrations, renewals, and titling for both new and used vehicle purchases across multiple states.* Coordinate directly with corporate DMV personnel, including key DMV contacts in California and Florida, exercising discretion in how issues are prioritized and routed.* Maintain and apply an up-to-date, working knowledge of state-specific DMV and titling laws and regulations, independently assessing how changes in state requirements affect current processing.* Determine, based on independent review, when a titling matter carries enough risk or ambiguity to warrant direct advisement to Fleet Operations leadership.* Support and streamline DMV title and registration processing for all Fox rental locations nationwide, with the authority to adjust process and sequencing to meet business needs.**Education & Experience:*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.* Hands-on title and registration experience is essential for this role and will be weighted far more heavily than formal education.* Previous hands-on experience in vehicle title and registration processing is required, including experience independently resolving titling discrepancies or exceptions.* Dealership and/or fleet titling experience is highly preferred.**Skills & Strengths:*** Working knowledge of DMV title and registration laws across multiple states, with the judgment to apply that knowledge to non-standard situations.* Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions on titling matters without close supervision.* Strong coordination skills across distributed corporate and regional DMV contacts.* High attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in a role with real decision-making authority.* Proven ability to manage a high volume of title and registration transactions while exercising sound judgment on prioritization.**We Offer:*** Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bonus* Company-paid Life Insurance* Company-paid AD&D Insurance* Flexible spending account* Parental leave* Employee assistance program*We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
