Job summary

Enterprise Car Sales in Orange, CA has an immediate opening for a License and Title Coordinator at the Enterprise Group headquarters. The role will audit DMV documents, assist dealerships with inquiries, and prepare daily reports while supporting 15 dealer locations.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Degree or GED.
• Must have one year of administrative, customer service, or related experience.
• Must have Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Apart from religious observances, must be available to work full time, approximately 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• This position requires a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Audit incoming DMV documents from dealerships and prepare for final processing.
• Work with dealerships to obtain missing or incorrect file documents.
• Training Managers on DMV paperwork compliance, including occasional field visits in Southern California.
• Assist dealerships with customer inquiries.
• Create and distribute various reports.
• Heavy file management and general admin duties.
