Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to process credentials and title work with accuracy and security.
• Research, review, and input data for vehicle records and licensing services.
• Handle testing administration and VIN validation; capture photo, signature, and data.
• Determine and collect applicable fees; balance accounts with standard procedures.
• Protect PII and inventory; participate in process-improvement activities.
