Job summary

Alder Adjusting is seeking a Field Adjuster located in the DMV area to inspect losses and prepare detailed claim documents. The ideal candidate will manage workloads, communicate with various stakeholders, and negotiate settlements effectively.

Required qualifications include a Florida 6-20 Insurance License and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position offers industry-leading medical benefits and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Florida 6-20 Insurance License.
• Some degree of creativity and latitude is a plus.
• Right to work in English / Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the loss and prepare documents detailing the claim.
• Communicate with desk examiners, insureds, and attorneys.
• Negotiate settlements with the insured and/or their representatives.

Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently

Estimating software knowledge
