Job summary

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Financial Responsibility, has a full-time vacancy for Financial Responsibility Data Control Clerk, Position #41929. This position has a 37.5 hour work week and is non-exempt.

Monitors the control and review of transactions and documentation submitted to the Bureau of Financial Responsibility to ensure accuracy for data collection and input.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 1 year of education and experience after completion of high school.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review accuracy and authenticity of documentation for DMV transactions.
• Capture and store source documents electronically and enter data into DMV databases.
• Provide information to the general public via phone, email and other media.
• Process transactions, collect fees, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a cash drawer and petty cash; ensure accuracy daily.
• Deliver high-volume customer service at counter, call center, or workstation.
