Job summary

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a Financial Responsibility Data Control Clerk in Concord to monitor and review transactions and documentation for accuracy in data collection and input. You will provide excellent customer service to the public and DMV partners while handling data entry and payment processing in a high-volume setting.

The role requires high school completion or equivalent with at least 1 year of related education or experience, the ability to pass background checks, and

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 1 year of education and experience after completion of high school.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the accuracy of and determines the authenticity of documentation submitted for motor vehicle transactions.
• Retrieves and enters pertinent information into the DMV databases.
• Provides information to the public and DMV partners via phone, email and other media.
• Maintains cash drawer and petty cash; processes payments and issues receipts.
• Attends training and completes onboarding within six months; adheres to Privacy Act requirements.
