Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and pricing.
• Experience working in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia / Maryland market.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from conceptual through GMP/bid phases.
• Review drawings/specifications and develop accurate budgets and scopes.
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids across local trade partners.
